Photocopies of typed transcriptions of 37 letters from Padre Jesús Manual Aguirre to Padre Provincial Francisco Ceballos. All but two of the letters are sent from Bocadéhuachi; they are reports from the period when Aguirre was serving as visitador and visitador general.

Biographical note: Kieran McCarty was ordained as a Franciscan priest and studied at the Catholic University of American in Washington, D. C.
